LANDSCAPES
An expanded research and performance work
Synopsis
LANDSCAPES is an immersive choreographic work, envisioned as a sensual and symbiotic universe where bodies and environments intertwine to form a living installation.
Centered around two dancers, the piece draws inspiration from the temporality and interdependence of northern landscapes. The body, conceived as a multitasking organism and a site of continual transformation, reflects the permeability between the human and the natural world. Like the landscapes themselves, we too are composed of layers of time and experience.
